After high school, Lauren moved to Santa Monica, and attended Loyola Marymount University, where she achieved her bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Upon immediately graduating with top honors from Loyola University, she was offered a full time position to work with a major mortgage lending institution in Simi Valley, CA. It was there she received a complete overview of the entire home loan process from procurement, through underwriting and processing, to closing. Lauren then moved her career over to real estate where she began working alongside, Ursula Diez, in 2004. At that time, both young ladies worked for a top producing Calabasas realtor who not only shared his knowledge of luxury real estate with them, but also the importance of making the work count! Lauren started off at the very beginning as a real estate assistant, then moved up to a Transaction Coordinator, managing all of the sales and disclosure paperwork, to eventually promoting to a Calabasas Buyer's Agent. It was as a Buyer's Agent that Lauren became intrigued with real estate, and the journey of helping a client find their next forever home! It was after her first child that Lauren moved to the Santa Clarita Valley as well, and that's when Ursula and Lauren Professional Real Estate began.
Lauren has a deep-rooted belief in the golden-rule..."Treat others as you would want to be treated." She enjoys the artistic creativity she can apply to selling real estate by transforming a house into a desirable buyer's commodity. She loves giving a house a personality to market, and thrives on exceeding her client's expectations! Together with her husband, they guide their 3 boys to always strive to give their best at whatever they set out to accomplish, and to always remember the significance of being able to lay your head down at night with an honest hand and a grateful heart.
