Lauren Lensch

After high school, Lauren moved to Santa Monica, and attended Loyola Marymount University, where she achieved her bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Upon immediately graduating with top honors from Loyola University, she was offered a full time position to work with a major mortgage lending institution in Simi Valley, CA. It was there she received a complete overview of the entire home loan process from procurement, through underwriting and processing, to closing. Lauren then moved her career over to real estate where she began working alongside, Ursula Diez, in 2004. At that time, both young ladies worked for a top producing Calabasas realtor who not only shared his knowledge of luxury real estate with them, but also the importance of making the work count! Work hard, have fun and always do what's right by your clients.

Lauren started off at the very beginning as a real estate assistant, then moved up to a Transaction Coordinator, managing all of the sales and disclosure paperwork, to eventually promoting to a Calabasas Buyer's Agent. It was as a Buyer's Agent that Lauren became intrigued with real estate, and the journey of helping a client find their next forever home! It was after her first child that Lauren moved to the Santa Clarita Valley as well, and that's when Ursula and Lauren Professional Real Estate began.

Lauren has a deep-rooted belief in the golden-rule..."Treat others as you would want to be treated." She enjoys the artistic creativity she can apply to selling real estate by transforming a house into a desirable buyer's commodity. She loves giving a house a personality to market, and thrives on exceeding her client's expectations! Together with her husband, they guide their 3 boys to always strive to give their best at whatever they set out to accomplish, and to always remember the significance of being able to lay your head down at night with an honest hand and a grateful heart.

Happy Clients

Lauren was absolutely wonderful in walking us through every step of the way! She made sure we understood everything we were signing before we signed. She was always available to answer questions, and she was great at finding us exactly what we were looking for. Lauren did great at letting us know what fees we should and should not be paying. If it wasn't for her, I'm sure we would have overpaid. Thank you, Lauren, for helping us achieve the American Dream!

Lauren was fantastic. She understood this was my first purchase and went above and beyond to make sure all activities happened in a timely manner and there were no surprises.

Working with over ten real estate agents in my lifetime, the team of Lauren Lensch and Ursula Diez are ranked way above the others. The selling of the family house of 65 years was a very emotional decision. The compassion, timeliness, marketing pictures, video and professionalism were amazing. All the long distant phone calls were filled with empathy and numerous questions were answered with patience. I also experienced the first of numerous escrows that closed without a single problem! I would highly recommend Lauren and Ursula. I believe they are the best in the industry!

Having bought and sold a number of homes over the last decade, I have had the opportunity to work with a number of realtors. Recently, we have had the good fortune to work with Ursula & Lauren. They analyzed the comps, recognized the trending sales and put together a marketing plan that resulted in a sale well above our expectations. What really impressed us was the fact that they delivered precisely what they said they would. They put together a plan that maximized exposure and interest in our home and then brought in multiple qualified offers and buyers for the property. Within less than a week of listing and showing the home, we were in escrow.

I highly recommend Ursula Diez and Lauren Lensch to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. If you are as "high maintenance" as I am, you'll appreciate the service and skill they both deliver.

Lauren is an amazing agent! As a first time home buyer, she was very helpful with guiding me through the process. She also did an excellent job handling coordination between escrow and my lender. With Lauren, we were able to close escrow under 45 days on time. I can't thank Lauren enough for helping me and my fiance find a wonderful home, especially in a dry market. The e-signing was very easy and made paperwork a breeze to go through. Great customer service, attentive, and communication was prompt. I highly recommend them if you need an outstanding real estate agent.

Lauren was the BEST! My wife and I decided to buy a home in the Santa Clarita Valley. Lauren was amazing, as she spent countless hours showing us the various neighborhoods and amenities in Santa Clarita. Throughout the home searching process she was easily accessible for showings and to answer any questions. From the beginning and throughout the home buying process, she consistently showed professionalism and was instrumental in the purchase of our new home.
If you are considering selling and/or buying a home...look no've found the right realtors!

When Ursula and Lauren came highly recommended to us by our best friends, we had a preliminary meeting with them at the house, and we knew immediately that they would be the realtors we would choose to sell our beautiful Valencia home. This was the 8th real estate transaction we did, so we had some experience regarding this process, but we realized after the first walk through when Ursula and Lauren had some very pertinent suggestions on the improvements we needed to do on the house before putting it on the market, that their experience was crucial in getting our home sold. Working with Ursula and Lauren was very easy, their professionalism and response time helped tremendously. It was a trusted team effort, and the first offer came after a few weeks.
I have to say that Ursula and Lauren went above and beyond to make this happen in record time: from finding a great staging company, to finding a vendor that went to the house during a huge storm on a Friday night at 10pm to secure the roof and place sand bags to protect the house, to respond to our questions and worries within less than an hour any time of the day, to meeting us on the weekends outside of the business day, I would recommend these two hard working realtors to any of our friends. Thank you so much Lauren and Ursula for making this rather stressful process so easy and effortless!

Lauren Lensch was just amazing to work with; she made everything easy and effortless for me. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me exactly what I wanted. After my offer was accepted, Lauren managed all the hurdles that presented themselves during the inspection, appraisal, financing, and closing processes. Two years later when I was ready to sell my place and upgrade to a bigger home, I knew exactly who to call. Within 24 hours of being on the market I was already getting offers over asking price and 30 days later we closed escrow. Then she found me the perfect home for my family. I would recommend Lauren to anyone; she is a pleasure to work with, very responsive and will land you in your dream home.

We were pretty scarred from 2 horrible experiences with other agents before we met Lauren and Ursula. As new home buyers, we accepted the help of a couple of snake oil salesmen, and the experiences were so bad, we nearly shelved the whole idea. We didn't think it was possible to find agents who weren't self-serving. THE SHORT: If you're looking for smart, professional, SCV-knowledgeable agents, who would represent your best interests well, do yourself a favor and call them.

THE LONG: I worked mainly with Lauren so most of these comments are about my interactions with her. While Lauren looks like a lady, she's really a storm trooper in heels. She went to every house with us in the sweltering SCV summer heat, and she didn't just casually stand around while we looked. She tested doors, looked inside/behind/around things. She looked through the homes like she was buying it for herself and provided her honest feedback. If we didn't love a house, Lauren would say let's keep looking instead of dismissing our concerns and attempting to strong arm the sale (like our other agents did). She's a top notch negotiator. Lauren did everything to inform herself--and us-- of the property, the neighborhood, its history, its future development plans, before advising us of the offer. From her insights, we were equipped with the right information to submit a bid that shaved $5k from the listing price. Lauren is not the kind of agent who believes a higher bid is the only tool in the toolbox.
Any agent (like our first agents) who tells buyers the only thing they can do is increase the offer is lazy and doesn't want to do the research and make the case on your behalf with the sellers. In essence, the ability to come prepared to a negotiation table is the difference between a mediocre agent and a rockstar. Lauren is the latter. And she'll negotiate on your behalf with professionalism and respect for the other party, even if their team was a hot mess of disorganization--our experience with the seller's agent and his crew is a different story for another day. But Lauren handled them with grace and professionalism.
I spoke to Lauren almost daily. I actually miss our talks! She was my point person during all stages and helped move things along. There are a lot of people, and companies, and lenders involved and she made it so easy. Then there were things she did that was beyond the call of duty. I don't want to write them here in case they don't offer these perks to all their customers but Lauren paid for things she didn't have to pay for, and i'm talking about more than coffee.
Today is Thanksgiving. When I think about what I'm most thankful for this year, it's that we met Lauren and got into a beautiful home. Honestly, if you're looking for an agent who's kind, patient, knowledgeable and generous, it's just a no brainer. Call them.
