Towards the end of this last summer, I decided to look for a retirement home in Belcaro. I knew only a little about the community and knew I needed help in not only looking, but in all details involved in buying. Ursula was more than helpful! She set up the appointment to look at homes available there, gave me more information on the community, and took me on a tour of the entire place. Since I needed to handle all the closing and other details via long distance, Ursula stepped in and took care of everything. She coordinated with the seller to make sure the necessary repairs were done before closing. She worked with the escrow company to make sure all went smoothly.
